About spkeep

Last updated: October 28, 2026

spkeep is a free tool for downloading X Space audio. No login, no account, no install: paste a Space link or a tweet link, check its info, and download the full audio in one click.

What it does

• Ended replays — download the full audio in M4A (original quality) or MP3, or trim a replay to just the part you want.
• Live Spaces — record while the Space airs, then download the finished file when the host ends it.
• Your history — past downloads stay re-downloadable while the Space is still in the 24-hour cache.

How it works

Public Spaces are resolved in guest mode, so the site doesn't need your X account. A cookie or an m3u8 direct link is only a fallback for restricted Spaces or when guest mode fails — and anything you paste that way is used for that one request only, never saved or logged.

What it stores (almost nothing)

There are no accounts, no cookies set by the site itself, no analytics, and no library of Spaces. Cloudflare, which serves the site and runs the human-verification check, may set its own strictly-necessary security cookies. Finished files are auto-deleted after 2 hours, and the small job records tied to them are pruned in the same cleanup. Your browser keeps three local items only: language, format preference, and recent history.
